Disclaimer

Food Growing Schools: London (FGSL) will use reasonable care to ensure that information is accurate at the time of writing, but assumes no responsibility for the contents of any other websites to which it links. FGSL shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of persons using this information. Some partner initiatives listed require you to become a member to access their content. This may require you to pay a fee.

2. FGSL Schools Survey Opt in Prize Draw

Terms and Conditions

The prize draw is open to residents of United Kingdom only, excluding Food Growing Schools: London (FGSL) employees or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

Participants must be 16 years or over.

All entries are verified and duplicate entries will only be counted once.

FGSL cannot acknowledge receipt of entry and no entries will be returned.

In order to enter, participants must complete the FGSL Schools Survey.

The prizes are subject to change and a winner will be drawn at random at intervals to be determined by the FGSL team. The prize draw will be conducted by the FGSL team, whose decision when selecting a winner is final.

Prizes will only be awarded to schools within a London borough.

FGSL is unable to return competition entries.

Entry to this prize draw is free.

To be determined by the FGSL team. The FGSL team reserves the right to close the prize draw at their discretion.

By entering this prize draw, you agree that FGSL is permitted to use any relevant information submitted needed in order to contact the winner to notify them.

The winners’ names will be available on request and may also be publicised in relevant context on FGSL webpages or digital channels.

The winner agrees to take part in any post-promotion publicity that furthers FGSL’s work.

FGSL reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, withdraw or amend the prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside its control.

FGSL does not accept responsibility for lost, delayed or fraudulent entries.

FGSL does not accept responsibility for lost or delayed prizes and the winner will not be compensated with equivalent or other prizes in this event should it arise.

If the winner fails to respond to the notification message or phone call within 4 days of FGSL contacting them, FGSL reserves the right to offer the prize to another participant, to reoffer the prize in future promotions or to rescind the prize offer.

Any data that you provide us will be held in accordance with the EU general Data Protection Regulation UK Data Protection Act and the Privacy and Electronic Communication Regulation.

4. GardenSite Voucher Competition- Picnic activity participation prize

Terms and Conditions

The competition is open to residents of United Kingdom only, excluding Food Growing Schools: London (FGSL) employees or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

Entries must be submitted by persons 16 years or over but may act on behalf of younger participants.

All entries are verified and duplicate entries will only be counted as one entry.

FGSL cannot acknowledge receipt of entry and no entries will be returned.

In order to enter, participants must submit an entry as detailed on the dedicated Garden Site voucher competition page https://foodgrowingschools.org/win-gardensite-voucher 

The prize(s) are subject to change and a winner will be selected by the FGSL team in collaboration with a representative from GardenSite. The final selection will be conducted by the FGSL team, whose decision when selecting a winner is final.

Prizes will only be awarded to schools within a London borough.

FGSL is unable to return competition entries.
